Cancellation Policy:
Last Date of Cancellation: September 30, 2013
Exhibits cancelled on or before September 30, 2013 will receive a refund of fees paid less a $100.00 processing fee. After September 30, 2013, all fees are non-refundable.
Housing:
The Host Hotel: DoubleTree by Hilton Williamsburg Hotel and Conference Center. VAASL Conference rate - $134.00 per night King or Double room. To make reservations online please click the link below and follow the instructions for reservations:On the left-hand side of the page, place the city you will be visiting "Williamsburg, VA" and then select the dates of your event November 6-9, 2013. There is a blue link that says "Add Special Rate Codes" which is where you will enter your group code of "LVA" and then click on "Find It".
You will then be navigated to another page asking to "Narrow Your Search" by selecting either one of the two links stating "Williamsburg, VA". You will then select the first populated link that shows "Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Williamsburg" and be able to book your reservation under the group block.
Please be aware that group code "LVA" should be entered in all caps.
The cut-off date for reservations in this block is October 9, 2013.
