Welcome to the MAG 2015 Exhibitor Registration
Maryland educators are looking for services and products that will help them through the transition. As an exhibitor, this is your best chance to talk with educators, administrators, and assessment personnel from all of Maryland's school divisions.
Our participants will also be looking to "collaborate" with vendors who can provide products and services that will help them reach Maryland's new goals. As an exhibitor, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet with current and potential customers from all of Maryland's school districts.
In order to accommodate your stay with us, MAG will provide a boxed lunch with the purchase of a vendor table. This will allow you to have lunch and not worry about missing potential customers. In order to give you more access to those in attendance, MAG will have refreshment breaks and have dedicated time in the program for vendor interaction. We will also offer vendors some face to face time with registrants should they be interested. In addition, each participant will be given a Vendor Card listing each Vendor's name and company. In order to be eligible for the Grand Door Prize, the card must be stamped with at least two-thirds of the Vendors listed on the card. MAG is working on several opportunities throughout the conference for vendors to meet and talk with participants.
Please remember to bring a door prize (we will raffle them off in the vendor area on Tuesday afternoon).

Cancellation Policy:
Last Date of Cancellation: October 01, 2015
Exhibit Fees will be refunded less a $75.00 service fee if written request is postmarked on or before October 1, 2015.
Exhibit tables will be assigned based on sponsorship and in the order that payment is received.

This
oceanfront hotel is the conference headquarters for MAG 2015. Rooms
have either two double beds or one king bed, most with a pull-out sofa
bed. One, two and three bedroom condos are available in a separate
building. Maid service is not included with the condos. Indoor pool
and exercise facility on premises.

All reservations must be made by September 28, 2015 for these rates. All rates are per room, per night.

A
deposit equal to one night's room and tax will be required to hold your
reservation. You will receive confirmation directly from the Clarion.
The
deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours
prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. There will be
no refund for early check-out.
