Maryland Assessment Group Fall Conference

"Getting Back on Track"

The Maryland Assessment Group (MAG) is excited to announce our continued effort to deliver an in-person conference to Maryland educators. This is to announce MAG's return and 35th anniversary!
In partnering with MSDE, educational leaders, local school districts, and vendors, MAG promises to provide professional development sessions on a wide variety of educational topics facing public schools as we recover from a world-wide pandemic. Now, more than ever, is the time to be focused on student achievement and measures of academic success!

Our participants will be looking to collaborate with vendors who can provide products and services that will help them inspire growth and improve performance within their school districts.  As an exhibitor, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet in-person with current and potential customers from all of Maryland's school districts.

All exhibitors and sponsors will once again enjoy Wednesday dinner, and Thursday Breakfast and Lunch with our participants.  This will provide exhibitors an opportunity to network with participants during informal events.

Bronze - $1,500 (1 Premier Vendor Table, 1 Conference Registration with all Meals)

Silver - $3,000 (1 Premier Vendor Table, 1 Presentation, 2 Conference Registrations with all Meals

Gold - $5,000 (1 Premier Vendor Table, 2 Presentations, 4 Conference Registrations with all Meals and Inclusion of Provided Marketing Materials in each Participant's Conference Bag)

Platinum - $10,000 (1 Premier Vendor Table, 4 Presentations, 6 Conference Registrations with all Meals, Inclusion of Provided Marketing Materials in each Participant's Conference Bag, Logo Printed on Conference Bag)

All sponsorships include logo and web address on MAG's Website and the Conference App (by level of sponsorship) and signage at the conference.

Exhibit tables will be assigned based on sponsorship and in the order that payment is received.  Register early for the best location.

Cancellation Policy:

Last Date of Cancellation: November 01, 2021

Exhibit fees will be refunded less a $75.00 administrative fee if written request is postmarked on or before November 1, 2021.  After November 1, 2021, all fees are non-refundable.

The Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel & Conference Center

This oceanfront hotel is the conference headquarters for MAG 2021. The newly renovated guest rooms have either two double beds or one king bed, most with pull-out sofa bed.  Limited one, two and three bedroom condos are available in a separate building.  Maid service is not included with the condos.  Indoor pool and exercise facility on premises.

All reservations must be made by October 28, 2021 for these rates.  All rates are per room, per night.

A deposit equal to one night's room and tax will be required to hold your reservation.  You will receive confirmation directly from the Clarion.

The deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.  There will be no refunds for early check-out.
