Member Full Conference - $180.00

Bring a Classroom Teacher (in conjunction with a librarian at the appropriate rate) - $100.00

Optional event tickets will not be available onsite.

Lunch Wristbands will be available for purchase at the onsite registration desk Wednesday from 5:00-8:00PM ($50 for both days, $25 for one day).

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

Registrants may pay with a credit card online or receive an invoice to pay by check or purchase order by mail.

Please make your check or purchase order payable to VAASL and mail to:  VAASL Conference, c/o Conference Solutions, P.O. Box 7276, Fairfax Station, VA 22039-7276.

Purchase orders may also be faxed to Conference Solutions at 1-703-493-9377 or scanned and emailed to vaasl@customconference.com.  Please include a copy of the invoice with the purchase order.

CONFERENCE FEES

New this year!  Due to participant request, VAASL is now offering a registration bundle that includes lunch both Thursday and Friday.  You will receive a wristband in your registration packet. 

Membership Reminder: To register for the conference using member rates, your non-lifetime membership must be renewed/processed prior to arrival at the conference.  The VAASL membership year is October 1 - September 30.  If you renew your membership on or after July 1, 2017, your membership will continue through September 30, 2018.

VAASL membership is only $55.  Among the many benefits is a greatly reduced rate for the annual conference.  Only members qualify for "early bird" registration.

Concurrent Session Presenters:  If your proposal for a concurrent session is accepted, you will register for the conference at a discounted price using the URL included in your acceptance email.

Bring a Classroom Teacher:  Back by popular demand, each paying librarian can bring a classroom teacher for only $100.00!  In order to take advantage of this promotion, please go to the  GROUP REGISTRATION form and register the first person at the appropriate member or nonmember rate and the teacher at the "register a classroom teacher" rate of just $100.00.

CANCELLATION

To cancel your registration, send a written request postmarked on or before October 9, 2017, to VAASL 2017 Conference c/o Conference Solutions, LLC, P.O. Box 7276 Fairfax Station, VA 22039-7276, fax 1-703-493-9377 or email vaasl@customconference.com.  A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.  No refunds will be given for cancellations after October 9, 2017.  Refunds will be processed after the conference.

MEMBER RATES WILL INCREASE BY $30.00 PER PERSON AFTER THE EARLY BIRD DEADLINE OF OCTOBER 6, 2017.

VAASL Conference rate - $149.00 per night plus tax.  Included in the room rate is complimentary guest room WiFi and complimentary parking.
