ONSITE REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN AT 5:00PM ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7TH AT THE HAMPTON ROADS CONVENTION CENTER.

Conference Fees and Payment Procedures

If you would like to register a group of 2 or more people on one invoice, go to GROUP REGISTRATION.

Registration may be paid by credit card, check, or purchase order. 

Please make your check or purchase order payable to VAASL and mail to:  VAASL Conference, c/o Conference Solutions, P.O. Box 7276, Fairfax Station,VA 22039-7276.

Purchase orders may also be faxed to Conference Solutions at 1-703-493-9377.  Please include a copy of the invoice with the purchase order.

Note: To register for the conference as a member, your membership must be current at the time of the conference.  The VAASL membership year is October 1 - September 30.  If you renew your membership between July 1 and October 1, 2012, your membership will continue through September 30, 2013.

Early Bird Registration for VAASL Members (Expires October 15, 2012):  To qualify, you must be a current member of VAASL and pay your registration with a credit card or send a check or purchase order payment postmarked by October 15, 2012.  Member registration fees will increase by $30.00 after 10/15/12.

Administrators' Conference: Administrators who are only attending the Administrators' Conference should register for Administrator Conference ONLY.  Other participants who are registered for the conference and want to attend the Administrators' Conference should select the Administrators' Conference under Optional Events.  There is no charge for this session, but tickets are required.

Concurrent Session Presenters:  If your proposal for a concurrent session is accepted, you will register for the conference using the URL included in your acceptance email.

Cancellation: To cancel your registration, send a written request postmarked on or before September 30, 2012, to VAASL 2012 Conference c/o Conference Solutions, LLC, P.O. Box 7276 Fairfax Station, VA 22039-7276, fax 1-703-493-9377 or email vaasl@customconference.com.  A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.  No refunds will be given for cancellations after September 30, 2012.  Refunds will be processed after the conference.

The Host Hotel: Embassy Suites Hampton Roads - Hotel, Spa & Convention Center.  This hotel is connected to the Hampton Roads Convention Center and includes full breakfast and manager's reception daily.  King or Double room rate:  $149.00

For reservations call 1-757-827-8200 and request the "2012 VAASL CONFERENCE; group code VEM" rate -or- reserve your room online using the VAASL Conference group page at Reserve Embassy Suites Online; the group code will already be entered for you.  The cut-off date for reservations in this block is October 9, 2012.
