Educators from across the state have begun to fully implement the Maryland College and Career Ready Standards for English Language Arts/Literacy and Mathematics.  The Maryland Assessment Group is pleased to announce that this year it will be offering two Mini MAGs, one on the Eastern Shore at Chesapeake College (Saturday, March 14) and the other in the Western part of Maryland at Hagerstown Community College (Saturday, March 21).  Both of the conferences will contain the same general information.  In addition, each will provide opportunities for teachers and other school educators to showcase the instructional practices they are using within their classrooms.  The general sessions (offered at both) will deal specifically with PARCC and MSDE updated information important for all school districts as they prepare to implement the Maryland College and Career Standards.
Participants may be eligible to receive MSDE CPC credits by attending and/or presenting at the one day conference of their choice, completing a reflection log, and meeting all other local requirements.

All participants will receive 0.5 Continuing Education Units from the college of the sessions attended.
