THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY.

We are currently accepting registration to exhibit at the 2012 Literacy Conference.

 We cordially invite you to be a part of our conference to help ensure a successful educational experience for our participants.

We generally anticipate about 1200 participants ranging from district and school leaders, reading specialists, librarians, university faculty and students and classroom teachers.

We also invite you to sponsor an event, place an advertisement in our conference program, provide tokens for registration packets, door prizes, and/or books for table decorations. This is a wonderful way to showcase your company. All sponsors are listed in the conference program and highlighted during the conference.

Cancellation Policy:

Last Date of Cancellation: March 15, 2012

100.00 processing fee if cancelled on or before March 15, 2012

After March 15, 2011 all fees are non-refundable.

Please choose your booth space from the diagram provided. Please provide three choices in order of preference. We will be taking the following factors into consideration as we make booth assignments: the order in which payment is received, the sponsorship of a featured speaker, author or event, intention to conduct direct sales, and traffic flow/safety issues. We will honor your request to the best of our ability. If your top booth choices are taken, we will place you as close as possible to your preferred location.
